The mezzanine's height is 2m, therefore not suitable for very tall people. However, it is comfortable for most adults and has a working desk. If you have kids, they will absolutely love this space. All furniture and equipments are of high quality. The kitchen furniture has been custom built to fit the space. You have 2 queen size beds with very comfortable mattresses. You have a laundry unit outside where you can also hang your clothes and let them dry. You also have a walk-in wardrobe with ironing table where you will have sufficient space for all your clothes. The living room has a 4k TV with internet access, and a coffee bar with espresso machine for you to relax after your daily outings :) The studio is on the ground floor of a building which also includes a cafe and another apartment. It has a separate entrance from the cafe. You have parking space available besides the building itself. The studio is halfway between the main Village Triolet and the Public Beach. If you go towards triolet, you will have loads of shops, vegetable, meat and fish market and everything you need for a living. Going towards the beach, you will have lots of restaurants, small shops, bakeries and other cafes. On both sides you have numerous Pharmacies as well. You also have a mini supermarket near the beach (Popo). If you want to go to La croisette Mall, it's only a 5mins drive away.
