Taxis pass by frequently on our road or near to the house. The highway is a 7 minute walk away for more transport services. - NO VISITORS. For reasons of security we do not accept visitors. The house, grounds and pool are for use of clients only. - NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. We do not permit parties or events and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. - PET FRIENDLY. We are pet friendly but all pets must be declared at time of reservation or prior to arrival or a pet fee of $300 will be charged to the client. Also to be noted - Housekeeping services 9.30am - 12pm, Monday - Saturday. - Price includes regular garden & pool maintenance (please note our lovely discreet staff will access the property on a regular basis to do any required maintenance) - Cleaning services are offered for stays of 7 nights or more (please ask if you wish to know what day). - Laundry machines mentioned in the listing are for staff use only.
