The loft includes a pull-down Murphy bed with a 3/4 bath, perfect for extra guests. All sleeping areas have their own AC units and ceiling fans to accommodate a variety of temperature requirements. Step outside onto the lower patio and the stunning in-ground swimming pool, designed for all ages to enjoy. With a swim-up bar and grill, you can relax and have fun with friends and family while enjoying your favorite foods and adult beverages! There are 2 outdoor showers for convenient rinsing off from the ocean and the pool; an out door restroom located right off the pool area; a rancho located right beside the beach for boogie boarding breaks and ocean watching! There is hiking, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing and multiple other activities to choose from. House is on the beach with a gravel road access. There are taxis that will pick you up and drop you off but having your own vehicle is best. This house was made for family vacations where sunshine, beach access and privacy are a must.
