My favorite part is the location, it is convenient and quiet compared to condos. 5 min drive to the beach. This hidden treasure has hot water, AC and high speed wifi. This is a low anxiety home perfect for someone who wants a quiet home base to vacation from or work from. Quick drive to many of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, Boqueron Boardwalk, and the quaint town square of Cabo Rojo. Long term rental available. The space is mysteriously larger than it looks from the outside. 2 Full bathrooms is just the best. Full kitchen because I'm extra like that. High Speed Wifi and Roku TV. I couldn't live without a full laundry area either. I have personally enjoyed the central location for work and play. Good neighbors and quiet location for being a 5 min walk from the center of town where I pick up pastries and coffee. Knowing I have the solar power and cistern in case of emergencies relieves a lot of anxiety. I also can't live without air conditioning. It is close proximity to the hospital but there is minimal noise from it. If you were a medical professional and wanted to live close to work, it would be perfect. The entire property is available for use except for the back storage shed. Guests can access the property via digital key. - Flights in and travel times are always a bit crazy when traveling for the holidays just give us a heads up if needing early or late check in. I am available via phone or text but our co-host Kim is most available to help with everything and she lives 3 minutes from the house. It's peaceful. Small town living. Rental Car is a must but all you need is within 5 min. We really want you to love our house as much as we do. We use it on occasion to ensure that it is kept up.
