We will charge you more) - It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, chemicals, inflammable, narcotics (drugs), prohibited goods, exotic animals, etc. Additionally, in-room cooking and laundering are not permitted. - Pets are allowed in the house and backyard - Pets are not allowed in the pool and on the bed - Please keep the floor out of the water in the house (it could damage the wooden flooring) - Please try to leave the house as it was - The Villa will ONLY be cleaned after the guest leaves - Please tell us in advance if you need total privacy (we have a maid and security to help you with your need) - Please monitor your kid
