The property is located in Callejon de Volanteros, just a five minute walk from the Jardin Principal. Gently sloped roads make it an easy commute to and from all the main city attractions. Designed as an inviting retreat and an immersive getaway, guests are welcomed by a sophisticated design that offers a crafted experience drawn from world culture. The interior design, which included custom built furnishings, was orchestrated by estudiobtr. The designer, who is a native of Miami, FL, wanted to bring a bit of that seaside city to a town that’s nestled in the heartland of Mexico. Much like an oasis, you will find plants that you wouldn’t necessarily associate with the desert- like climate of San Miguel. Even-though the feel of the space is not that of a Mexican home, if you look close enough you will start to realize that both the architecture and the interior design salutes one of Mexico’s most prolific modern architects, Luis Barragán. The Entire Home The Brooklane is located in Centro Historico, a short 5 minute walk to the Zocalo and Parroquia . We are located on one of the very few callejons in centro, which makes our property unique and very private, but seconds away from all the bars, terraces, shops, nightclubs and restaurants. For help with car service to and from the airports, please contact us directly. Daily housekeeping between 9am-5pm Outside guests and external private help is prohibited. We do not allow personal chefs for hire. Private catering or any externally paid for arrangements is prohibited. Any parties of any form or any items or property damaged, lost or stolen due to these types of gatherings will result in the loss of your entire security deposit. Guests must pay the full security deposit as "Extra Services" during the duration of their stay or face immediate eviction. Costly damages which exceed your security deposit will be subject to further review through the proper legal channels and Airbnb. The property, it's owners or its staff are not responsible or liable for anything lost, stolen or damaged. To heat the pool costs $1000 pesos daily. Please make your request with the host or staff ahead of time. Payments must be made on arrival. Pool usage and heating of pool is not always possible with the guests and is not a guaranteed, advertised amenity included with your booking. Routine maintenance and breakage may overlap a guests stay and will not trigger a discount based off a guests nightly rate. Please be advised. We do not have a formal dining room. We have tables and seating areas throughout the property on ground level and the terrace above for entertainment. Guests are not permitted to rearrange furniture or seating to accommodate a formal setting. Service animals (SA’s) and ESA’s (emotional support animals) In compliance with the policies of most short term rental arrangement platforms, we welcome Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals. Please keep in mind these friendly reminders 1) Your animal must be issued by a bona fide medical professional. These documents must be provided before check in as per Mexican Law. 2) You must disclose the animal’s attendance. 3) The animals may not be left in the home alone for any period of time (i.e. while the individual who the animal is issued leaves the property for the day). 4) In accordance with the law, no additional deposit is required. However, the booking party will be charged for any damages caused by the animal up to and including loss of revenue- even if the damage is accidental. 5) Please list what the animal is specifically trained to do in the event of an emergency. Please include what signals the animal will display during an emergency and what signals or commands should be given to the animal and the expected response.
