My place is 10 steps to the Ocean park beach, family-friendly activities, volley on the beach, kitesurf, windsurf, full of restaurants walking distance, nightlife, public transport, 10 min. to the airport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. If you come with pets we need to know in advance and you will pay $100 per pet upon arrival in cash. I have free parking upon request before arrival. High velocity WIFI. 24/7 care It is an open space facing the beach. You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze when you are lying on the hammock. The kitchen has everything needed for 8-9 people. We provide towels for beach, beach chairs, buggy boards, iron, hair dryer, and 24 hours help. We welcome you and give you all the advice and info that you want. Great to work too. We have a key-box to take the keys. We have Ana helping you anytime 24/7. I have great info for you before arrival. Also we have a concierge, Sergio, in case you want special trips or just help in what to do. Please, we need to know in advance if you need parking space. We have three units but just two free parking. We are there to help you if you need it or want it anytime 24/7. The neighborhood is lively and at the same time quiet. Our beach is the best in the metropolitan area where the turtles come every year to lay eggs. I love my apartment, the area, the beach, and the feeling of a safe area and nice people around. We have parking upon request. Very important to let us know before arrival. We have 3 units and just 2 parkings. We are close to restaurants and the real life in Puerto Rico. The beach is 10 steps from my apartment and there are plenty of things to do (paddle boarding, and kite surf included). The top roof pool is shared with our other unit Sol. Arrivals between 21:00 till 7:00 have an extra fee of $60 paid in cash upon arrival in case you want a personal welcome otherwise we have a key-box free. You also share the washer and dryer. Of course, each apartment is absolutely independent. NOT PARTIES ALLOWED OR INVITING PEOPLE TO THE APARTMENT. Pets are welcome and we charge $150 per pet upon arrival in cash.
