Casa Lily Chiapas offers comfortable, furnished apartments in a calm neighborhood about 15 minutes' walk from San Cristóbal´s central park and 6 blocks from the Real de Guadalupe walking street: "Casa Lily Rana," "Casa Lily Jaguar," and "Casa Lily Ixim." The apartments were designed and built by Frédéric Burkhard, winner of the 2012 European Award for Artistic and Cultural Activities. Frédéric's designs are distinctive in their organic forms, use of natural light and efficient use of space. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and private baths and are available by the day, week or month. All have balconies or patios and excellent views as well as access to laundry facilities, the gardens, barbecue area, off-street parking and wifi. The Jaguar apt. has 1 bdrm (queen) plus a loft with a double bed over the living room, and a couch where an additional child could sleep. It has 1 1/2 baths. The Ixim apt. is on the second floor and has 1 bdrm (queen) with a small desk and a balcony with a view of the Guadalupe church and the hills beyond. Our prices includes utilities, wireless internet ( no phone or TV ), and parking. We provide bedding and towels, soaps, laundry detergent, and a few kitchen basics to get you started. Please inquire about discounts for longer stays. You can stock the kitchen from within walking distance at corner stores, the spectacular municipal market and the supermarket and shops on Guadaulpe.
