The Main House À La Carte is a great way to enjoy all the beautiful features of this large home, at a low cost price. We scale the house according to the size of the reservation, so that it can be utilized for smaller groups. The house can sleep 10 people total. Base prices varies from $75-$125 depending on the season. We keep smart pricing enabled to keep our pricing competitive with similar rentals in the area. The base price would include the Master Bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, living room, dining area, and all 3 ocean view balconies. Each additional room is $30, up to 4 rooms and can accommodate 10 people total. Renting two or more bedrooms includes the downstairs full bath. Cleaning Fee Breakdown: One Bedroom : $60.00 Two Bedroom: $80.00 Three or more bedrooms $130.00 Please select the correct guest count at the time of your inquiry. This will give you the exact price of the nightly rate, not including the cleaning fee. Reservations are confirmed and booked after the host (me) creates a "Special Offer" based off of the guest count and room count needed for the party. By creating a special offer, I am then able to alter the reservation and charge the correct price for cleaning. Cleaning is non-negotiable. We use a private cleaning company to ensure the house is in a safe, top-notch condition. Please inquire for more clarification. I am happy to help :) We must know the exact room count that is being rented before check-in. Changing the room count AFTER check-in will be subject to an extra $10 fee per room. Unrented rooms and bathrooms remain securely locked. Tampering with the locks will result in the loss of the security deposit. We have a strict cancellation policy. The house is a private rental and not communal. We only cater to one reservation at a time. Pleasant, with all sorts of authentic Puerto Rican touches! The ocean views and sunsets are amazing! As homeowners, we love walking our dogs down to Pool's Beach. It is a short 10-minute walk down the hill. If the waves are firing, it can be one of the most advanced breaks on the North Side of Rincon. However, on smaller days it is always fun to paddle out near the Spanish Walls and catch some funs ones! Great for Paddle Boarding on Flat Days and has entrances to hiking around the Spanish Wall and Domes Trail. Take in all the serene and authentic beauty of the West Side of Puerto Rico in the Puntas neighborhood at Casa Pina. We are within walking distance of all North Rincon's best eats and surf spots including Casa Verde, Tamboo, R2Happiness Rentals, Jake's Java, and Mango Beach Shop! Casa Pina's location will make your vacation a fantastic one. It's an "Old School" neighborhood in the heart of Puntas, Rincon, surrounded by the community's love for Surf and Puerto Rican Culture! The house is located in Puntas neighborhood, just down the road from Sandy Beach. There are a number of excellent restaurants less than three minutes from the house such as La Familia Pizza. Que Viva, Playa Bowls, Pool Bar Sushi, Tamboo, Casa Islena, The Wandering Bagel, Kahuna Burger to name a few. The grocery store is 6 minutes from the house.
