My walk-up penthouse apartment is walking distance to El Combate beach. Access directly from garden area towards a walkway directly into the beach. Excellent for couples, families, solo adventurers and big groups as well. Building is a walk-up condo. My apartment is on the 4th floor facing the Caribbean Sea, Combate beach. No elevator. Wifi and Cable TV. Open terrace facing the beach with impressive views. Sunsets are spectacular! 2 level apartment. Sleeps 8 when using upstairs futon bed. Upstairs there is a full bathroom and ceiling fan. All windows have screens so when windows are open a nice breeze enters. No A/C upstairs. The salt flats observatory has nice views. The hurricanes have taken out the road to the lighthouse and Playa Sucia, so you have to park on the roadside with other cars and walk ~ 1 mile to either. . Beautiful views of the cliffs and beach from the lighthouse. Take water and use the facilities as it has neither. Take the key if you are going to the beach boardwalk as you need it to get in and out of the property. There's a shower inside the gate to rinse the sand off. Watch your head on the boardwalk as a tree hangs low over the walkway The smell when you drive to the south or walk El Combate beach to the south is the wetlands, not sewage. The condo terraces have beautiful views. Sunrise over the town, gorgeous sunsets, and the stars at night. Watch your head on your way in and out of the terraces if you are tall. Items we provide for yo as a start-up kit: Dish detergent, liquid hand soap for each bathroom, bar soap for each bathroom, shampoo/conditioner sets, coffee filters, salt/pepper, 1 paper towel roll, 3 double rolls per bathroom, multi purpose cleaner.
