Luxury apartment REQUIRES a picture of Driver's License of the person booking the stay to hold on file BEFORE ARRIVAL. **Guest is required to sign Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. **A security deposit "hold" of $100 will be placed on the credit card used to book 2 days before arrival and will be released no later than 3 days after departure, pending no damages/missing items reported. NOTE: EARLY CHECK-INS Guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $20 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am. LATE CHECK-OUTS Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window.
