This brand new, 1000sq casita is located in the town of La Mision, 45 minutes south of San Diego, half way between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada, overlooking the Guadalupe estuary and a short walk to the beach. Spacious 1000sq ft studio. Quiet, relaxing, with 180 degree view of the ocean, the town of La Mision and the Guadalupe estuary. Working kitchen with full-size fridge & stove, large spa-like bathroom with spacious shower and soaking tub. Casita is located on the floor below the main house where the owners reside. Guests have access to the entire casita and large private patio area that overlooks the estuary and the Pacific Ocean. I will be on-site to greet you upon arrival and departure.
