There is a gym, but we do not list it as a guest amenity, as it requires a monthly resident membership payment, and the user is required to complete a health declaration form. Away from main road, surrounded by nature. immaculate gardens and facilities, highly maintained. The entrance to the complex is on the main east to west through road of the city "Avenida 30 de Agosto." It has a frequent bus service with a stop right outside the entrance. There are taxis and Ubers available 24 hours a day.
