Each bedroom has been decorated with a blue theme and features comfortable king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. The spacious living room opens onto the balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and pool area. Our space is professionally decorated in shades of blue which is meant to evoke feelings of relaxation. The Sombra community is private and secure with beautifully manicured green space making it perfect for kids to run around and play. The pool is always welcoming with spacious pool deck area with lounge chairs and a gazebo. The sea access is safe with calm seas because we are protected by a reef. The coastline which we are situated on has been deemed a protected fish sanctuary which makes the snorkeling a key feature of your stay. The community also boasts a brand new tennis court. Guest also have access to our two seater Kayak. Guests have access tennis court facilities, sea and pool access Our lovely housekeeper Alicia will meet you and make sure you are well acquainted the property. She is available for general housekeeping and can prepare authentic Jamaican meals upon request for a reasonable fee. Our neighborhood is safe and secure and usually very quiet as most units are not available for short term rentals. It is a well maintained community Our unit has one assigned parking. We can recommend two reliable drivers who can do airport transfers, supermarket trips and take you around Ochi to see the many amazing sites, including Dunn's River, Mystic Mountain, Island Village, Margarittaville, Chukka Tours We are an eco friendly, energy conscious apartment. All ACs, lights, fans and appliances should be turned off when not in use. There two ACs available for use being the ACs in the bedroom. The living room has a fan available for use, but the AC in the living room is not for use. We are located right beside Sandals Ocho Rios Hotel- a 5 star luxury included resort. Music including live bands can be heard from time to time during the day and evenings. Entertainment ends the latest by 11:00 pm. Music can be heard mainly in the kitchen. As indicated in our reviews, the apartment is well insulated and should not be a disturbance.
