You won't have to worry about finding a suitable place to park it or paying an additional fee. Our pool is open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy it whenever you want. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or simply relax, you'll always have a place to cool off and rest. All of our units come with air conditioning, internet, microwave, and coffee maker. This will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and safe stay, with everything you need to feel at home. Are you traveling with your pet? Don't worry! Our spaces are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can also enjoy their vacation. In our spacious parking lot, your pets can walk freely and enjoy the tranquility of the area. They can also enjoy the nearby beach, as long as they are under your supervision. Please note that pets are not allowed to use the pool. If your pet enters the pool, a penalty of $150.00 will be applied. Our complex has several common areas that you can enjoy during your stay. In the gazebo area, you can relax and sunbathe. The green areas are perfect for walking, exercising, or simply enjoying nature. In the hammock area, you can rest and take a nap. Remember that all common areas are shared with other guests, so we ask that you use them with respect. During your stay it is likely that you will not be at the property, if you need something please contact us through the app, your need may not be covered immediately but we will try to solve it quickly. It is right next to the El Combate Pharmacy, it is minutes from the beach and the town. The town of Boquerón offers tourists a range of entertainment, places to eat and acquisition of souvenirs. You can walk to the beach and other places in the town, also in your own vehicle. Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and despite having a monthly fumigation program, in the area you can find insects such as: mosquitoes, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and also some reptiles such as lizards, and birds such as roosters and chickens that live wild way. Despite having an electric generator, we are not responsible if during your stay the electricity and water services are interrupted without prior notice by the supplier companies. At the end of the stay, deliver the apartment in perfect condition, without waste or any type of garbage in it. It must be taken into account that a review will be carried out by the property supervisor, in which the conditions of the apartment will be verified, and its inventory, which must not have any type of tear or stain.
