Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Beach house located at Turtle Beach on the tip of the South East Peninsula. Stunning view of Nevis from the front veranda facing the sea. Master Bedroom has a King bed & bathroom with shower. Guest Bedroom has a King bed and bathroom with shower. There is a full kitchen with electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Fully functional kitchen with all plates, cutlery, pots & pans. . Open concept dining & living room. Our location right on the beach is what makes this beach house a great place to relax & enjoy being on a nice quiet beach. There are many great restaurants & bars within a 10 minute drive including Spice Mill Restaurant & Reggae Beach Bar. The Park Hyatt Hotel is also a 10 minute drive away. We have 2 Stand Up Paddleboards for use by our guests. There are 4 beach chaise lounges for our guests. Our little 'beach kitchen' downstairs is very handy for keeping snacks & drinks close by without having to go upstairs. The 3rd bathroom is also downstairs next to this little kitchen area. We also have an outdoor shower off of the downstairs patio. A propane BBQ grill is also available for your use. Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the garage & 1 bedroom downstairs which is available for rent if a 3 bedroom house is desired. We have a great Property Manager on island who will be available to you in case anything is needed or if you have any issues that need to be dealt with. Our beach house is part of the Turtle Beach Estates Development. It is a great location for windsurfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding & snorkeling. A car is a must as the house is on the South East Peninsula of St. Kitts.
