It's a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with two new AC's in bedroom and living room for the really hot nights. This villa has a large private wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy your early morning coffee or late afternoon drinks while enjoying breathtaking views of St. John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke. Gated entrance with a security guard and security on site which makes your stay more comfortable. We are ideally located at the East end of St. Thomas out of downtown and cruise ship traffic. Easy access to many lovely beaches including our favorites Lindquist and Coki less than 5 minutes away. Red Hook is nearby and offers many restaurants, shopping and a full service grocery store. A beach bar and restaurant directly below the shoreline pool. Sun & Sea Bar and Grill is open for lunch and dinner every day! Breakfast Mon-Saturday. Ocean 180 (just above the Terrace Pool) is open for Dinner Tues-Saturday and for Sunday Brunch. There are 3 beautiful pools to choose from: shoreline, terrace and hilltop. You can also snorkel here along the shoreline of Sugar beach which is only a short walk away or drive and snorkel at one of the many world-class beaches nearby. St. Thomas offers 36 public beaches for you to enjoy! Plan to spend an exciting day at St. John! It is easily accessible just a 10 minute drive to Red Hook and a quick ferry ride away. Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
