Open kitchen, gas stove without oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen and dining areas overlooking the outdoors. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas, hammocks, gas grill and outdoor dining tables. Minimum age to rent this property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. Checking time after 2:00 pm check out time 11:00 am. House rules: It’s prohibited to flush inside the toilet baby wipes, food, feminine hygiene products, excessive toilet paper or anything else that may clogged the pipes. Please note that guests are responsible for covering the expenses incurred for any pipe blockages that occur during their stay. Also It may take days to get a plumber service specially during weekends. Cleaning practices during the stay is very important to us. This is a non smoking property.
