This 3 floor lovely house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a beautiful dining room for 8 people, a living room with cozy furnitures, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the dishes you love. The main bedroom has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. On the second floor there´s an incredible rooftop with a barbecue area, dining room and lounge chairs to enjoy the breeze, the view and the sun. In the low level at the entrance you can enjoy the pool. The whole house has cute decorations giving you a feeling of joy. The guests can access to all the áreas of the property. The neighborhood is a very pleasant and secure place, where peace and tranquility can be breathed and enjoyed. The locals are very friendly and nearby you will have little shops available to buy the essentials for your stay. You can use car, rental car, bycicle or uber. • This is a non-smoking property. All smoking is strictly prohibited in any area. • Drug use is prohibited. • Access to visitors during the day, night, or to spend the night is strictly prohibited. Penalties up to two times the value of the reservation will be applied.
