Hello Guests! This is a place located in the heart of Manati. It includes 1 bottle of wine of our choosing to welcome you for the stay. It counts with 30 solar panels and 2 Tesla batteries; ready for any unexpected outages! It is 3 min drive from one of our unique and hidden gems, Mar Chiquita Beach; 7 min drive to Cueva Las Golondrinas Beach/Cave. Additionally, we are close to many other beaches around like: Los Tubos, Puerto Nuevo, La Esperanza Beach and all of them within short drive. 😊 We provide our guests with a private apartment that includes one bedroom with a Queen size bed, work desk, one bathroom, living room with a Smart TV, full kitchen with dining table and your own private balcony. Apartment is located in the second floor unit of a duplex home. It has Wifi and one AC unit included to cover just the bedroom. Upon exiting the premises, guests can relax around their own private balcony area with comfortable outdoor seating. Guests have access only to the second floor upstairs apartment, private balcony and the garden shared space located outside. We may have other guests staying at the property as well and we would like everyone to respect their own privacy. Guests might share only designated common areas. Property also has shared parking area. The downstairs garage area is the only restricted area; as it’s already been reserved for other guests staying at the property in the Airbnb located on the first floor. Please let us know if you have any doubts about Airbnb during your stay. When required, we maintain communication through texts with all guests through the Airbnb app only. We are available everyday from 9am to 9pm. It is a safe and friendly neighborhood. A 1-2 min drive or a 5 min walk to the famous Costa Azul Restaurant and Bar Lounge, where they have seafood and Caribbean food. There is also Las Tacas Food Trucks on the vicinity located 2 min drive. We also have a convenient store named Agranel Supermarket & Bakery for groceries and more! Oh wait! You’ll love this; we have as neighbors a 1 min drive to Hacienda Recreativa Mar Chiquita that provides you with ATV and Horseback Riding entertainment for your whole family and it's just a 3 min drive to the main attraction area, Mar Chiquita Beach. Please note that the area does NOT have access to UBER or UBER EATS or any food delivery services since we are located in the local tropical countryside next to beaches. Please be aware of mosquitoes! We are in the country side and there are mosquitoes everywhere; please know that this is out of our control. However, we like your stay to always feel comfortable so we do strongly recommend to remain your doors closed at all times. We do provide a mosquito racket and mosquito spray just in case.
