Sinza means worship and this beautiful home brings you to that place. We are located in the village of Mbalala, near Mukono and half way between Jinja and Kampala City. It's only a short drive into a lush and beautiful sugarcane plantation. A 10-15 minute drive leads you to Uganda’s amazing and historical Ssezibwa Falls or a lovely tea farm. The home features spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings, and a beautiful and relaxing garden, all within a secure compound. You also are welcome to enjoy fresh fruit straight from our many fruit trees, relax in a hammock, or join in a game of football with the kids that gather nearby to play. As a professional artist/sculptor and my wife a fashion designer and a baker, we have creatively crafted our personal home to meet your every need. Sinza Farm House has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two master suites with in-suite bathrooms. The main master has a beautiful seating area and a private balcony. The home features a large living area, a covered front porch, two private balconies, a dining room with seating for 14, plus a kitchen island that seats 5. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a full size fridge, filtered drinking water, an oversized gas stove with convection oven, and all cooking and dining essentials. The home has both 110v and 220v for American and Ugandan power plugs, solar power back up and high-speed WiFi. A generator is hooked up for the rare times it is needed. The main floor extras include a coffee bar and a large TV and DVD player and a washer . Wall fans are set throughout the house. An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill and an Indian Tandoori make entertaining easy. We have a swing set, bikes, cornhole boards and a fire pit to make s’mores. Eggs, bread, fresh fruit and tea are available for you to help yourself in making breakfast. We do have an excellent cook who can shop, prepare, and serve dinner for an extra fee. Guests will have the house to themselves, aside from our full time staff that will be on the property. Staff includes a 24 hour guard. We are very serious about guest satisfaction at Sinza Farm House. We are available to provide whatever you need to make your stay with us safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Our guests are top priority. Communication is key to providing what each guest may need. We are very responsive to questions and requests before, during and after your stay with us. We are experienced and knowledgeable in hosting guests from all over the world. Please do not hesitate to ask about everything from airport pick up and drop off, arranging vans and drivers, to taking a safari or boat ride on the Nile. Prices vary depending on the arrangement so please do not hesitate to inquire. Base price for 5 guests is $40/guest/night and $30 per extra guest above 5. Each guest will sign in and out so we have proper security and accounting. Payment must be made prior to arrival. We have a strict no pet policy. Sinza Farm House is a blessing to many. We have already hosted many friends and families and we look forward to hosting you and your family and friends. You have access to the entire home and compound. We live just next door, so we are available to help as needed during your stay. Neighbourhood is peaceful, quiet and welcoming. Parking is very easy inside the compound . Our friendly staff will quickly help you in and out of the compound. Public transportion is just a half a kilometer walk to the main road or a boda boda at only 20 cents/1,000sh to the main road and $1.00 /3,000sh to Kampala. We have a trusted friend who comes in to help with laundry and ironing at an extra cost with an effort to support the neighborhood with work.
