This oceanfront home is a little less than 2 hours from Montego Bay Airport and is centralized with dozens of tourist hot spots, including the famous Dunn's River Falls and Margaritaville in Ocho Rios. The location of the property has the convenience of grocery markets, banking, western union, gas stations, shopping, churches, gyms, restaurants, a local beach and much more. The property has one of the most beautiful captivating views that overlook the town below, mountains, Cabarita Island, Port Maria Bay, and an infinity view of the ocean. Surrounding the house is a wide range of beautiful landscape and a fence upon entry to feel more secure. The house is 2 stories to which the entire 2nd floor will be available for guest accommodations. Guest have full access to entire 2nd floor of home 24/7 and all of premise grounds outside. The first floor is occupied by groundsman and housekeeper to help look after property. There is a washer and dryer available on 1st floor if needed to access upon request. Guest can reach my co-host 24/7 via airbnb platform. The local town below the property has a wide range of street stores, merchant kiosks, bakeries and restaurants. Other features that are available is a large modern grocery store, secured banking, western union, gas station, hospital, a modern firehouse and local police station. There is also a KFC within 5 minutes from the property as well as two local gyms. A beautiful view from the property is Pagee Beach , Port Maria Bay and Cabarita Island. Getting around the neighborhood can either be done by taxi, bicycle or walking. A great way to get around the entire island without the hassle of a taxi is to rent a vehicle at the airport upon flight arrival. There is a gait upon property entrance/exit as well as outside of property is monitored by surveillance cameras to enhance security measures. There are no additional cameras inside the home to ensure guest privacy.
