Lots of local food and fine dining. Take ferry or drive to Old San Juan, and main attrations. 20 min from Airport. This place has the best of all worlds. The house is very spacious and is fully equipped; all you need is to bring your clothes. It can accommodate four people comfortably in its two cozy air conditioned bedrooms / two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, 50" TV and free wifi among many more amenities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV, free wifi and a hall bathroom. Up to three more guests (at an charge) can be accommodated in shared spaces. There is a queen sofa bed for two in the living room in an open concept setting with dining room and kitchen. There is also a full size bed in the family room. The house has a laundry room for those staying three or more nights, out door shower and gorgeous pool. This property is not children friendly (2-11 years old) due to the pool (up to 10ft deep) and open Lake access. The lake is not intended for swimming. The yard is very large with individual sitting and relaxing areas. The entire yard is fenced in for safety and privacy. However you have open access to the lake for fishing or relaxing. Small trained dog is allowed at an additional charge. The entire house and yard is exclusively for our guests. There are TVs in every room with Cable and Free wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have access to a washing machine and dryer located in the family room for longer than three nights. Beach towels are available as well as linens. There is a gas barbecue available. When it comes to Covid-19, I want to make sure that my guests and I feel safe. I will greet you personally and show you around the property. I allow at least 48 hours in between guests for the entire disinfection and cleaning of the house. We live on the property in a separate apartment with our own private entrance that does not interfere with your privacy. You will have the entire home, pool and yard for yourself. Levittown is a very vibrant town in the city of Toa Baja. This town has many shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and much more. Because It is centrally located between the touristic cities of Old San Juan and Dorado, major attractions and activities are not far. Ten minutes to the largest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean: Plaza Las Americas Mall. Even closer is Rio Hondo and Plaza del Sol Shopping malls. All have cinemas. The local food is exquisite, we have many top rated restaurants where you can enjoy a great meal. Please take the time to visit the best bakeries in town, that attract people from all over the island and abroad. Close to top touristic areas like, Isla de Cabra, Old San Juan, El Condado, Science Park, Gulf Park, Bacardi Plant, and more. We highly recommend you rent a car to explore the island, but if you just want to stay close to San Juan, than you can use Uber services. The property is close to everything, from walking to the beach, Five min (5) drive to Catano Ferry (takes you to Old San Juan), Bacardi Plant Tour, Dorado Golden Coast Beach, Bayamon Science Park, Shopping Malls and much more. The house is in a residential area on a cul-de-sac (dead end street). Parking is restricted to no more than two vehicles. The street is very quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Pool hours should not exceed 10:30 pm to avoid noise. This property is intended for relaxation not for parties or events. Children between 2 years and 11 years old are not allowed. (Exceptions might be granted) Younger persons between 12 and 21 years old are allowed on the property but with their parents. Owners live on the property but does not interfere with the house or yard.
