The most I like about my apartment is the breathtaking view and breeze when you step out into the balcony. That’s after you enter a beautifully decorated living room and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a shower with a handheld and a rain shower. Bedroom is a spacious room with a very comfortable king size bed and a walk in closet. I take great pleasure in keeping the apartment clean and with all necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The condo has 1 Bedroom with a new (March 2023) king size bed, a 40” Ruko Smart TV & Blu-Ray DVD player ( bring your own DVD). Complete kitchen, stainless steel appliances, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker. All the pots, pans, plates and silverware, baking dishes you can possibly need. 1 Bathroom, with hand held shower, rain shower and bidet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the mountains. An amazing breeze and outdoor furniture. 2 Guest only could access the entire apartment Guest can always get in touch with me on the phone, text , email or through Airbnb. Beautiful beach, night life, bars, all kinds of restaurants (places to eat on the beach, across the street-fast food, Fancy restaurants and authentic food) Casino and hotels where you can book excursions to anywhere in the Island. All walkable. Plenty of places to rent a car. You will have an underground assigned parking space. Public transportation right in front of the building that will take you to Old San Juan and Mall. (must have change to get on the bus) Taxi a phone call away or in front of the hotels. You can use the same Uber app you use at home.
