This special place has solar power and its close to everything, making it easy to travel the southeast part of the island surrounding areas, shopping center, restaurants, entertainment, local food locations, beaches, rivers, mountainous sightseeing areas and many more. The highway is located 2 minutes away and 30 minutes from San Juan when no traffic in the area. Traffic can be heavy during working hours and construction time. The guest has an apartment with solar energy inside the house, with a parking place, a balcony, living room, bathroom, a small kitchenette and a big bedroom not shared. The guest have a front entrance to the house / apartment with a private parking place. I’m easily assessable and available at a moment notice. I live in the same house at another separate apartment which gives the traveler total privacy. Family Oriented Neighborhood. The family is very united, friendly and sometimes loud in the mornings. Construction and improvement are constantly done causing loud noise as well. Music can be heard close to the area of the apartment due to location of bars, open restaurants and entertaining local activities Thursday through Sunday nights. The family has gathering usually on Fridays and Saturdays night with Latino music and singing of themselves and there guest. Loud cars with music can also be heard close and nearby the town. The area is very active and full of life but the apartment is peaceful and pleasant and very private. The house is located 3 minutes from highway 30 exit Montones, Las Piedras 5 minute from the middle of the town and the plaza. Parking is available at the premises entrance. The apartment is perfect for a month, week or weekend getaway from the city life, for visitors from the west, mountain and beach areas, for short or long term vacation for a group of up to 3 travelers. Perfect for a small family.
