Spacious apt well suited for a family or group up to 7 people. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. This apt. is located on the second floor of a house in the quiet Santa Teresita neighborhood of Ocean Park in San Juan, a short walk to the Ocean Park Beach, Barbosa Park, a supermarket and excellent restaurants. Now also equipped with a quiet Solar Electric back up. If the power should go, the lights, fans and fridge stay on. Also extended stay discounts are offered. The apt. has 3 bedrooms, all with a/c, ceiling fans and closets and two full bathrooms (one in the Master bedroom and one shared by the other two bedrooms. This is a very spacious apt. well designed for those who enjoy cooking and dining in. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for six, a living room and large deck with bbq and another table for six. The living and dining rooms are open spaces well suited for the entire group to gather and/or relax. Recently we added A/C to this area so you can cool off after a hot day at the beach. The living room has a tv with cable, DVD player and Wi Fi Internet. The deck is an excellent place to relax in the late afternoon and enjoy an evening meal. Guests will have on parking spot in a driveway and there is usually plenty of space in the street as well (The street is gated so there is not much traffic.) I live near by and usually personally meet guests when they first get to the apt. so they feel comfortable upon arrival. For first time visitors to PR, I provide a little introduction to some of the many great things that one can experience in the San Juan area and throughout the island. I also have guide books and my own recommendations in a brochure that I put together. The Santa Teresita neighborhood in Ocean park is a nice, quiet location with beach, park, supermarket, restaurants and bus stops all with in a short walk. The bus stops right outside the neighborhood. The 53 and the T5 buses go to west through Condado and end in Old San Juan which is about 5 miles away. For small children, we can provide a crib and car seat.
