The home is completely remodeled inside and out with a large pool, real HOT TUB at 104 degrees (or your preference), and a huge patio. The main level has the main kitchen, dining room, main living room, bedroom with laundry and additional vanity (2 Queen beds), primary bedroom with bathroom (King bed). Downstairs has a 2nd full kitchen, 2nd living room, 1 king bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. Entering the house through the garage entrance provides access to all beach amenities (beach towels, chairs, umbrella), propane gas BBQ grill, and additional storage. The door opens into a open floorplan starting with the gourmet kitchen, dining room with custom wood table, into the main living room. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. The main level has two bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, as well as the primary bedroom with attached closet and bathroom. The primary bedroom has the same floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and a connected upstairs patio. The main level back porch spans the width of the house with great views of Mar Chiquita Beach. Downstairs you walk into the 2nd living room with a air hockey table and a 2nd kitchen with a eat in nook. The lower level also has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, and another with 2 queen beds. There is one full bathroom on the lower level. Exit the inside and enter an expansive screened downstairs porch also screened from bugs. There is a 2nd full dining area and lounge area on the lower porch for guest enjoyment. Out back is the large 16x32’ and 6' deep pool, huge pool patio, and a 12 person 8x10.5’ hot tub heating up to 104 degrees. The pool, pool patio, and hot tub have some awesome views of Mar Chiquita Beach and the waves hitting the rock formations from the Atlantic Ocean. The whole home will be for guests. Owners have a locked closet and a single garage. I live in Manati, will be at the house to help you check in as well as be available during your entire stay for help with any issues or questions you have about the area. All homes on the same side of the street have a great view, and are all kept in great condition. There is minimal access to Uber in Manati, it is recommended guests have a car or private transportation available. Within walking distance is a market and Mar Chiquita beach, but there are hills that are steep and a good working to walk. The home is located within 15 min drive to 5 great N. Coast beaches in PR. Mar Chiquita Beach is a 3 min drive, 10 min walk from the home.
