Only refrigerator and AC won’t work during this time period. Other than that, light and ceiling fans will work as normal. • Water won’t be functioning during the power cut-off but again, this rarely happens and electricity returns before 12 hours max. • Maximum Occupancy is 6 at a time. • Check-in after 4:00 PM • Checkout before 11:00 AM • Smoking, drugs or any kind of tobacco use is not allowed. • Pets are not allowed. • You are not allowed to host any events or parties during your stay.
