We are in Warwick within walking distance to 3 bus routes and minutes away from grocery/convenient stores, restaurants and beaches. Small Blessings is easily accessed off the main road tucked away having a small enclosed private yard for BBQs, or sitting off enjoying a cocktail. Our semi attached modern two bed/one bath apt is airy and bright with wooden floors throughout. Dining/living room combined with a bar height counter top giving view onto the . Within the apartment there are ample closets, heating and air conditioning, 43” flat screen TV with IPTV (providing 100’s of channels) . We have free WiFi and a telephone for local calls. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser for longer stays and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. We do have a single size roll-away bed that can be used for the 5th person that can be set up in the 2nd bedroom to make 3 single beds and most ideal for a family with 3 children. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking essentials plus a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a tub/shower combined. We will supply shampoo/body soap and a hair dryer. Bath towels are provided. Hall closets have extra towels for beach , blankets and iron/Iron board. Their is a fence that separates Small Blessings from the main house and we do our best to make sure the dogs are inside if you’re out in the yard. During the summer months we do have bugs that visit – ants, spiders (Johnny long legs) and roaches but they are harmless! We do our best to stay on top of the crawly insects but occasionally they find their way in the house and recommend that you keep the front door closed if socializing outside.
