Ocean Plaza belongs to a 4 neighborhoods community which all use the same main gate of Paisajes del Lago. Once you get pass the principal entrance take a right turn and continued the road until you will see the Ocean Plaza main gate. Notice the distinctive colors gray, light blue and orange. Every building has and independent access control to the lobby in which you will find the elevator. Please contact us upon arrival to provide you the access code. Guest will have access to the club house / pool area which the key will be provided. Is it important to keep the key with you at all times and close the gates once you decide to go back to the apartment. Security is our priority. The neighbors are very aware of the security, noise and behaivior. This is a residential use only. The Home Owner Association is overwatching the Short Term Rentals, - Not parking propertly - Loud Noises - Smoking of any kind - Bad Behavior - Excess of visitors, specially family members from the island. - Late Night Arrivals - Bad use of facilities. - Trash not dispossed properly - No Visits To enjoy the beauty of my island, especially Luquillo and surroundings I would recommend to rent a car for your stay. We encourage people to have fun and relax in the sun. Please be aware this is also a residential apartment building and keep in mind that people live here 24-7. Please remember you have neighbors above an around you. Please keep the noise down at all times. As a guest you have to follow the neighborhood rules. We encourage tourist, we do not accept family members who live in the island to use the apartment and the facility. Following the House Rules is a most: No loud noises No smoking Only use the assigned parking spaces. No parties No visitors are accepted SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT Important: The elevator and the pool are managed by the Home Owners Associations, those are included as amenities but there are some chances those amenities became unavailable due to maintenance or repairs. If the pool is closed we won't be able to offer compensation.
