Tektite is a tiny living studio. In Tektite you will find a kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and hot plate. There is a gas grill on the shared pool deck. We have added a small TV with Hulu and Netflix for streaming, a small dining space, and an A/C unit to keep you cool. Beach chairs, and a small cooler for your adventures are just outside your door. The space under the Queen bed is utilized as storage. You will find 1 large drawer, a shelf with basket for storage, beach/pool towels and shoe storage below, and finally a cubby for your suitcase. The bathroom is space saving taking a cue from boat and RV design and is a “wet room” with shower and toilet. Due to the size and design of Tektite the maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Due to the location beside the pool Tektite is only able to accommodate persons over the age of 18. One parking space is dedicated for each unit. Bogie’s Villa is a 6 unit complex comprised of 2 buildings. Bogie's has 6 separate condos (2 - 2 bed/ 2 bath, 2 - 2 bed/1 bath, 1 large studio, and 1 tiny living style studio).
