The location is privileged and centric surrounded by shopping malls, convinience stores, restaurants and 50mts from main roads. Complete independent second floor apartment, only one access, study or work area with desk, Wi-Fi, excellent natural light and access to the balcony; fully equiped kitchen with a gas stove top of 4 burners, microwave, refrigerator, sink and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals if you want to, super comfortable living room again with excellent natural light, 2 bedrooms one with 2 twin beds and a specious closet to store all your lugage and shopping, one bedroom with a full bed also with closet, complete bathroom also with storage space. If you have a car there is a big enough front yard and garden were you can have parking space or simply enjoy the flowers. Of course you have hot and cold water (water heater and water pump switchs in the kitchen area in case you need to use them) closet hangers, towels, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, parking space. Anything else that you may need or want general information, taxi, places to see and so on, don´t hesitate to ask, and if we can help you, we will. We are here to make sure you have a pleasant stay, so again, don´t hesitate to ask. The location of the property is privileged, it´s surrounded by comercial activity, you could walk everywhere but for security reasons we don´t recommend it, you can always use a taxi service that we can help you coordinate. It´s near 7 major shopping malls, movie theaters (in the shopping malls), major stores like Walmart and Sears, fast food chains and fine dinning are also within a mile radious, bakerys, pharmacies, convinience stores, hospitals, museum, archeological site (Kaminal Juyu) and main roads that take you to the major points of interest in the country like Antigua Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, South coast and so on. You can always walk or take the public busses but we don recomend this options due to security issues, we can always help you to find a cab or coordinate it to the times you might need it; or we might be able to take you were you need if our schedule permits it. The fact that is located in such a privileged comercial area, there is heavy traffic, there for, is not the most quiet area, and can be noisier at rush hour times with the respected traffic jams.
