You'll have the entire house to yourself comprising 2 bedrooms with queen-size double beds (150cm wide) complete hypoallergenic pillows, air-conditioning (LG) and ceiling fan ventilation. Connect to our high speed wi-fi internet to catch up with work or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals and includes a fridge/freezer, rice cooker, slow cooker, kettle and coffee machine for your convenience. Plates, cups, glasses and accessories are provided for the preparation of quick and easy meals. Outside, don't miss the legendary #whitetable where you can enjoy a coffee, a beer and take in stunning views of Lake Arenal, the volcano, as well as the sights and sounds of this amazing part of Costa Rica. At certain times of the year, we will be available to welcome you and assist you during your stay. We will communicate this at the time of booking. We will always be available via Airbnb in the event of any issues or problems. There will also be appointed representatives available in our absence. Located in the exclusive gated-community of 'Vistas del Lago' (Views of the Lake) which comprises 60 private lots of luxury houses and villas all with panoramic views of Lake Arenal and beyond. All residents share the use of the clubhouse with its communal bar & restaurant facilities, TV and games room, table tennis, pool table, piano, infinity pool, gymnasium, spa and massage services. Check the monthly agenda to what events are planned and get to know the neighbours and other visitors. We're only 5km from Tronadora, but you'll need your own transport to get here. A separate luxury studio apartment that accommodates 2 additional people - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom - is located 20m away from the main house. Note that this space may be occupied by the owners or other guests/visitors as well during your visit. Please note that both properties are completely separate, private with independent entrances.
