Amy and Ryan, residing in the vicinity, oversee the accommodation and are here to assist you with any matters related to the house :) Across from the property there is a small shop with the most important groceries and utensils. The nice lady named Dominga sells very tasty and organic chicken from her own farm. Her daughter lives next to her with her husband and children. Everyone is very helpful and super friendly. Otherwise, it has not yet had any neighbors on the properties next door. A young American couple built a house behind the property. They come occasionally to visit their house. The house is located just about 100m off the main road. It is just a few minutes from Torio Plaza. There are restaurants and grocery stores. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Only 5 minutes walk to the river and about 30 minutes until you reach the waterfall. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Mariato by car. There are buses driving each hour to Santiago. • We offer WiFi! (The mobile networks also function well within the house) • We consistently strive to maintain the house's cleanliness. However, due to its open design, dust may settle quickly on furniture. It's crucial to recognize that in this house, we embrace harmonious living with nature. • The house is situated in a vibrant neighborhood. You may occasionally hear Reggaeton music from the neighbors and trucks from the main road. • In the morning, the roosters from our neighbors across the road crow, as is common throughout Torio.
