The neighbors are a mix of people from all over the world who have come to relax and enjoy the easy-going Paraguay life. You have a mini-market on site, as well as a convenience store down the road and massive grocery store across the highway. Use Uber or rent a car to get into the city. There are not many restaurants nearby, but a short drive and you have a lot of very local spots and even some street food, which is quite delicious. Asuncion itself has a lot to offer and is only about 15minutes away, 30 minutes to central parts.
