Centrally located brand new home, with peaceful environment, exuberant vegetation and wild life. The gated community offers lots of amenities (2 pools, outside and inside gym, tennis court, soccer field, dog park, kids park, yoga area and art garden). The house has parking space for 2 cars, the living, dinning and kitchen are located on the first floor, the sofa in the living room becomes a bed and can accommodate 2 guess. The 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms are located on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other one 2 twin beds. You will also find the laundry room on the second level. Guess have access to the entire home however the third floor has working equipment for the house and is not recommended to access this area unless is necessary. Aldea Umm is located outside Puerto Morelos right on the interstate highway 307. The closet landmark is Croco Cun Zoo, right after that exit the next one is Aldea Umm. The Puerto Morelos colony is 7 min drive where you can find local restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The Puerto Morelos Beach is 10 min drive in this little enchanted beach town you can find restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. The Cancun international airport is a 20 min drive and Playa del Carmen is 30 min away. Aldea Umm is a friendly family neighborhood with 2 pools one located at club house area and the second one at the kids play ground. Gym, tennis court and soccer field are located at the main club area. There is also a pet park, outside gym and yoga park. The house has parking for 2 vehicles and 2 bicycles are available to ride around the neighbor or ride to town. Parties are forbidden inside the house. The community has a room for events at an extra cost and you can reserve it on the first come first serve bases. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited inside the property.
