Situated on the Peninsula Santiago above the prestigious Las Hadas Resort Hotel, you can enjoy one of the finest vacation properties in Manzanillo. Featuring 7 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths it's ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. All bedrooms and bathrooms are ensuite. Your rental includes a cook and housekeeping staff. The beach is a short 5 minute drive away. Upon your arrival to the Manzanillo Airport, for a fee we can arrange private transportation, or you can take a taxi to the Villa. You will have exclusive private use of the Villa and it's private amenities including the swimming pool, hot tub jacuzzi, TV room and living spaces. VILLA LA QUERENCIA HAS A MAXIMUM OPPUPANCY OF 16 GUESTS Prior to your arrival to complete your registration, we will need a list of the names of all of the guests in your group. This is required for the registration check in process to authorize the guests. Per house rules, only these registered guests will be allowed access to the property. Any additional unregistered guests or visitors require our pre-approval, prior to your check in date before they will be allowed onto the property. Any unregistered guests or visitors that are not pre-approved will be considered unauthorized and be asked to leave the property. Registered guests have access to the entire property except for a private storage area located in the Master Suite, the studio that is reserved for the Staff, the kitchen and the laundry room. The kitchen and laundry room are reserved for the staff only. Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen and laundry appliances or equipment. Any cooking is to be done by our staff. Maximum occupancy of 16 guests. The agreed price is for the number of authorized and registered guests only. The property manager is available to assist you during your stay as well as an Activities Director that can assist you with setting up golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, boat tours, taco tours, shopping and others. There are several good restaurants in the area. One of our favorites is the Oasis Beach Club in Club Santiago, about a 10 minute drive/taxi from the Villa. This is a great place to spend a day or more at the beach as they feature umbrellas and chairs for your use when you order drinks and/or food from their outstanding restaurant. Here you are at the center of one of the best beaches in Mexico with a couple of miles of beach walking in either direction. To get around the area, taxis are plentiful, as well as there are options for renting a car. The services of the staff are included in your rental price. Gratuity for the staff is not included in the rental price and is at your option based upon how much you enjoyed their services. Please tip each staff member individually. Food and Beverages are not included in the rental price. Prior to your arrival, we will coordinate with you for what you want for your dinner of the night of your arrival and breakfast the following morning. This will allow the staff to prepare ahead of time for those meals. For the subsequent meals, you will coordinate directly with the cook. The cook will do the shopping, cooking, serving and clean up. During your stay, the cook will provide you with the receipts for the food and beverages you requested for all meals at the Villa, and you will pay her for the food and beverages based on the receipts. If you want, you also have the option to bring your own food and beverages for the cook to prepare for you. For any meals that you choose to have at any of the local restaurants, please let the cook know. Meals will be prepared and served Family Style for the group as a whole, that is, ONE TO TWO main entrées, 2-3 sides and if selected, a dessert. We ask that you please have your dinner service no later than 7pm, to allow the cook time to clean up and depart by 8pm.
