Art House is a previous furniture warehouse converted into an artistic loft behind large private hacienda walls with amazing indoor and outdoor living areas. Located in a quiet neighborhood short 3 block walk to the beach, local food markets, restaurants, and close to the beautiful malecon. Perfect for evening strolls and bike rides. Art H is perfect for a couple getaway or remote art/ music studio or office. You can also rent the adjacent Casa la posada also for a total of 8-10 guest. My mother Sidne and I owned a art and furniture gallery and this was our warehouse / workspace for my mothers artwork. All of the metal sculptures, lamps are made by her and the artwork is all by Mexican artist and my mothers. There are many magical places in the garden to sit and read, paint, compose, or relax. (Make sure to turn all the lights on at night) The bedroom is air conditioned and has an orthopedic king mattress and smart tv adjacent I’d the bathroom with copper tub and rain shower with amazing water pressure. There is a full kitchen that looks into the garden and has a dishwasher. The second floor is a huge air conditioned studio, office, play room. There is uncovered indoor parking or on the street. The living room has a huge roll-up door that opens to a hillbilly hot tub or stock tank pool. Perfect for a quick dip to cool off but funky and not big enough to actually call a pool. This quiet neighborhood is close to airport and the malecon. Only 3 blocks from the bay of La paz you can take a stroll at sunset or rent a bike and use the bike lane 5 min ride to the malecon. UBER, Bike, Rent a Car. You have indoor Parking. Disclosures! La Paz has limited water. I have 2 huge tanks that fill every 3rd day BUT if you take long showers it could run out. The bathroom has a rain shower and a copper bathtub, The bathtub is tall and the floor will be slippery when you get out please watch your step! During the summer sometimes there are 15 min scheduled power outages. We really never know when they do this. I have candles in every room in case.
