Brisas del Mar Apartment is a one bedroom apartment in front of the beautiful and clear waters of Rincon for those who love snorkeling or any other kind of water sport. The home is in a very private location with a gated entry to enter to the property. The apartment has an ocean view terrace and a patio if you want to breathtaking the sunsets. The unit have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and a fridge. It provides the basic necessities of living, while also providing amenities to promote a great experience. If you are renting or own a vehicle there is a garage that fits two cars or you can park on premise. Although we do not reside in Puerto Rico, we are always available to take calls and receive text messages for any issues, questions, and concerns. Some of our family members aid us with the house, so if there are any immediate issues a call would be made to them and they will meet you at the house to solve the problem(S). The home is less than five minutes away from the best bars and restaurants Rincon has to offer. Among these are Picoteo, El Coche and Kaplash. Less than ten minutes away is the eccentric Plaza de Rincon, also referred to as Downtown Rincon, that is constantly coming alive through the abundance of events that take place. Casa Brisas del Mar resides in the outskirts of Rincon, which is known worldwide for its beautiful beaches and array of water activities due to the vast amount of coast the city has. But our home allows for you not to have to venture to far as the seas is merely a short walk out the front door. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. There will not be any issue with neighbors in regards to noise, as it has never been an issue before. Fresh empanadas are few steps right down the street, fresh fish is available via the fishermen, supermarket and bakery are within a 5 minutes drive with wonderful offerings and coffee.
