There is a bar and restaurant on-site, serving both soft and alcoholic drinks as well as a relaxed food menu. There is also a great selection of neighbouring restaurants & bars, just a short walk along the tranquil beach. Anna of Zanzibar is just 2 mins’ walk along the beach. Dongwe Club is a 10-minute walk along the beach; and lastly for a more relaxed and casual local eating spot, there is Fisher’s - roughly 10 mins’ walk along the beach. For more restaurants, bars and nightlife, there is Bwejuu (10-min drive) and Paje (12-min drive). Q. Are there shops nearby? A. There are a few local shops within a few minutes’ drive from villa, and other larger shops in Paje itself (12-min drive). Q. Is the area safe? A. The island of Zanzibar is generally very safe, making it a popular destination for tourists. The plot also comes with 24/7 security and CCTV to provide that extra peace of mind! Q. What’s the best way of getting around on the island? A. There's a good network of taxis that operate on the island - which can be booked over the phone.We would recommend hiring a car if possible (although not totally required), If you'd prefer this option, we’re able to help facilitate this for you. ~ Other ~ Kindly bear in mind Zanzibar is a developing island, which means that we sometimes deal with power cuts.
