Situated at one of the most historical streets in Hanoi (just 4-minute walk from Hoan Kiem lake), this 60m2 apartment is an ideal place to enjoy the best this city has to offer. Lots of space and natural light with 2 separate bedrooms, fast wifi, a well equipped bathroom are the main highlights of the apartment. The mixture of modern touches and traditional design hopefully can bring you an authentic experience. Many tourist attractions and local restaurants just within a few minutes walk. The apartment, equipped with 2 lifts, sits on the 6th floor of a building constructed in post-war era , right in the middle of local residential households. There are 2 queen-sized beds with comfy mattress, hygienic bathroom with strong water pressure, fully-furnished living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchenette, fast Wifi connection, AC or heating, mini-fridge, microwave, etc. The apartment is in prime location as most of our guests described. You can literally walk to almost all the local places in the city such as Hoan Kiem lake, Old Quarters, Hoa Lo prison, the walking street... There is a convenience store a few minutes away where you can get anything you need to make sure you are mentally and physically ready for the trip around the city. Or if you are big fan of local cuisine then make sure you check out those restaurants and coffee shops on Nha Chung street just a couple of minutes walking from the place. As soon as you have checked in, the whole place along with all the facilities (mentioned below) belong to you. We will not enter the apartment without asking for your consent. We always hope to welcome our guests in person but in case we are unable to or our guests arrive late, this will not be an issue as we provide self check-in/out procedure and lockbox with code. A link to a detailed instruction will be sent to you day before your arrival. If there's any questions and anything that you need our help with, we're available 24 hours/day to answer to questions. We're also available to come over if the assistance requires our physical presence there. During the day and evening, you can easily contact us just texting us through Airbnb app. During the night especially between midnight and early morning, please call us our emergency number which will be given to you along with check-in instruction. The neighborhood is very warm and welcoming from my personal experience, having lived there for over 10 years. In case there is anything you are not familiar with, they would be more than willing to give you a hand. The apartment is easily accessible by any types local transportation. One option to get to the place is by Express Bus No. 86 Departure from Terminal 1;2 Noi Bai Airport to Hanoi City Centre ($1.5). No 54 Ly Thuong Kiet Street is the nearest drop-off point; from there it will take around 5 mins to walk to apartment. The place itself is located within a well-managed and private building so there are not many things to you need to be aware of. Although smoking is not allowed, you can smoke outside in the balcony. That way the apartment won't smell of smoke for the next guests. Having been asked by many of our previous guests, we can help you arrange airport pickup/dropoff; we use new, clean cars with experienced drivers to make sure of your safety. The driver knows the place already so you won't need to find the place yourself. But if you like to just to get a snapshot of what you're about to experience in Hanoi and a more budget-friendly option then taking the bus won't be such a bad idea.
