Please expect to interact with us a little bit since the entire first floor is yours, and my husband, Taymoor, and I live on the second floor. This is along with our two friendly older pups. Our 15 yr old gentle lab now spends his day on his bed outside, so please keep that in mind when booking. We try our best to be respectful of our guests, but you will be able to hear us upstairs as we do live here full time. If you're looking to have a completely secluded experience, we unfortunately aren't the right fit for you. We happily welcome friendly and communicative guests! Quiet private neighborhood. Drive slow ( 10mph) with no rush! We have a neighborhood watch, and most of our neighborhoods tend to like to keep to themselves, so walks outside the property should be minimal. Multiple parking spaces available. Please drive slow down our Enoka rd (10mph) since there are often pets, children, and our respected elders that also share this neighborhood. The free use of a washer and dryer is a luxury we are happy to provide. Please keep in mind that kitchenette space is limited if you plan on cooking a lot. The photos are very accurate. You'll be renting out the entire first floor while we are living on the second. As I stated in the description, you may be greeted by our gentle, elderly dog.
