Welcome to Casita Peguero! We're excited to open our doors to guests while we're away, offering our lovely home to ensure you have a fantastic stay in Lajas or while exploring Parguera. PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BY CLICKING THE "Show more >" LINK BELOW. The house is conveniently located near Road 116 which takes you to La Parguera. You will easily find fast food and a Pharmacy called Phamamax La Candelaria, Lajas. IMPORTANT: For Saturday check-in please contact me beforehand. "Welcome to our cozy house at the end of a private, well-lit driveway. Your security matters to us, so we offer assigned parking with a surveillance camera. Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom home sleeps four. You'll find a comfy queen-size bed in the master and a full-size memory foam bed in the second room. Each room has AC, and the living area has a ceiling fan. While it's compact, we've designed it to be cozy and comfortable, with private bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, TV, patio, washer, and dryer exclusively for your group. Please note there are stairs to enter despite being on the ground floor. We provide essentials like towels, linens, toiletries, snacks, and even initial supplies of toilet paper and shampoo. High-speed WiFi and a smart TV with App are included (You must use you credentials). You can also enjoy local channels and Cable TV. Our laundry facilities are free to use, with detergent included. Take a look at our pictures for a better idea of the layout. We hope you'll find our space a perfect place to relax after exploring all that Lajas has to offer. IMPORTANT! Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. We offer a well-documented self-check-in process, but if you need any additional assistance, I am also available through Airbnb's Messenger or over the phone. You will find our house located behind Pharmamax La Candelaria in Lajas (pharmacy), near te city center and Road 116 which takes you to La Parguera. Please rent a vehicle! Public transportation or Ubers are none existing in Lajas. SATURDAY CHECK-INS: If you would like to check in on Saturdays, Friday night must be available, so we can block that night and conserve the unit clean. Because of this, we have a minimum day requirement. Please contact me beforehand. FRIDAY CHECK-INS: We do not work on Sabbath, that is Friday sunset until Saturday sunset. Please make sure you read all of the instructions before sunset on Friday, if you still have any doubts please contact me early. Thank you :) PETS: At the moment we don't allow pets at our house. SERVICE ANIMALS: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please bring your certificate and the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.
