Over 1 acre with beautiful coconut trees, banana, plantains, avocado & other tropical trees. 4 BR and 4.5 BA & a pool. Cottage that has 1 BR with a BA & the gorgeous views. All bedrooms have great ocean views and attached bathrooms. Walk to the beach is 100 steps. Adjacent to the Westin on Dawn Beach. Daily maid service included. Stocked kitchen and fridge(condiments). Bar stocked. We have a large outdoor area. We will share a google document with her that has information on the house, St Maarten and local vendors. House is rented to one family at a time. Guests have access to the entire house. Pool and hot tub are private and not shared with any other homes or guests. Isla our housekeeper comes daily except for holidays and Sundays, she is available to answer any questions or concerns you have. You will be given two local cells to use during your stay. You must make sure prior to departure that there is a minimum of $5 balance on the phones.
