There is 1 room with 2 twin size beds upstairs and 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds and a small canope downstairs. Outside: There is a BBQ grill where you can grill and have a nice outing with your family and friends. You can relax outside the veranda patio and enjoy the rocking chairs. Welcome to my modest home “The Blessed Village” located in Granada Nicaragua. This is a lake front newly remodeled property located 5 mins drive from the center of the city. We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are ceiling fans units for both bedrooms and fans throughout the house. When you rent the House, you will have it entirely to yourselves. There will be no other guests. The property is well maintained and close to the Calle Calzada near the Malecon where all the action is happening. Restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. At The Blessed Village, you can experience the best of a peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful rises , sun down, bright moons and stars along the silvery waters. El parqueo es adentro de la propiedad estamos a 5 minutos en carro a los restaurantes bar Parke y calle calzada y Lago. As you know Central America is tropical country so indeed we have fruit flies. They gather near the lake.
