The whole house is for guests. The house includes : 1 courtryard (shared with a house), on-street parking. We are Dona and Thierry and we are tour operators (Operador de Turismo Mayaexplor) and professional guides. We will welcome and guide you with anything you might need (shopping, laundry, bus and taxi, etc). We can gladly give you advice and recommendations to visit our beautiful region since we have a travel agency (Mayaexplor). We also will be glad to organize for you private tours to the most interesting places of the nearby highlands : mayan markets (such as Chichicastenango, San Francisco, Almolonga), hotsprings, Takalik Abaj archeological site, lake Atitlán, hot springs, beaches and treks (volcanoes Tajumulco, Santa Maria, Chicabal, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. It is 10 min walking from the historic center, restaurants, internet cafes, cultural places, modern supermarkets and language schools. It is easy to take the bus from Bolivar Park (3 minutes walk) or from the Rotonda Marimba to go to malls, markets, nearby villages or to other touristy spots in the country.
