Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The garage is not for guest use. The fireplace is not for guest use. This property is not equipped with cable. Guests can stream with their own accounts. Lawn care service comes every Tuesday during the summer. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
