Our peaceful 2nd story unit offers views of the neighborhood and mountains. Our rental comes with a private bathroom, living room, and a kitchenette. AC, Wi-Fi, free designated carport is ok for 1-2 car ( back to back). Shared washer/dryer is located in the garage for your use. Entrance to this unit is near the carport and there is also a side gate that is accessible in case you park on the street. Feel free to park in the carport but just know that you will be sharing the space with other tenants. Our place is located in a quiet residential area. You can see folks walking early morning. We are 10 minutes or 7.4 miles driving distance from Honolulu airport. We have the right side designated 1-2 cars free parking for you. ( back to back/ parallel). We are 10 minutes from the airport and our property is driving distance to Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and the capital city of Honolulu. Additional Info: Quiet hours are from 9pm-6am. No partying/karaoke, smoking, or illegal activities on the premise during your stay. We have 1 queen sized bed and 1 pull out sofa bed in the living room. If needed, we also have an inflatable mattress upon request There are 16 steps going to 2nd floor. If you plan to stay more than 30 days, we offer cleaning on the 30th of each month. ( optional)
