Bunk bed and a twin bed in the downstairs bedroom add enough space for up to seven guests. Large south facing deck is perfect for relaxing in the sierra sun!  This property is located in the Agate Bay subdivision, a small community in North Lake Tahoe, CA. Agate Bay is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with access to hiking/biking trails, many of which lead you to the famous Tahoe Rim Trail. A short five-minute drive for shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and more! World class ski resorts are anywhere from 15-30 minutes from the cabin. All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ. If you have special requests, please let us know. IMPORTANT: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by.
