Sea Glass Villa at Punta del Mar is located at one of the most exclusive complex in Rincón. Our village is just steps from your own private beach where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive, surf, paddle, collect sea glasses or simply enjoy the most amazing sunsets. Restaurants, shopping and stores are quick ride into town. In our town you can find local art and entertainment especially on Thursdays night art walk or on Sundays Farmers Market. Rincón is the best place to have an amazing time, a gem from the Caribbean! Inside the villa: the first floor has a large living room with half bath, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace area with gas grill, 4k HDTV, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The second floor has two bedrooms with balconies, bath, AC and a lovely terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, full bath, walking closet and a HDTV. Fully equipped laundry (washer and dryer). The second bedroom has two single beds and one full size bed facing one of the gorgeous hills of Rincón. This is our home away from home and we keep it clean and well stocked for all your family or small groups (up to 6 persons). We provide quality towels, pillows and linens, iron board and hair dryer. Our neighborhood: Punta del mar Beach village is an ocean front community. It is a gated community were you can be relax and spend the most amazing vacations with your beloved ones. You can enjoy the green areas, enjoy nature, take a walk through our beach, perform outdoor exercise/sports and of course collect sea glasses (recommended therapeutic activity). Hanging out: We suggest renting a car so you can get the most of Rincón and the southwest coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has two parking spots ready for you. Extra parking located at a common area-$10 per day (implemented by HOA). The Rincon downtown is about 10 minutes driving from the villa . Sea Glass villa is at a center point from the best beaches of the west and south west of Puerto Rico, including Crashboat, Survival beach, Jobos, Domes, Corcega, Buye, Combate, La Parguera and Boqueron among many others. COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY Sea Glass villa cleaning guides: When a new reservation arrive, the day before is blocked for cleaning, disinfection and subsequent inspection to have the villa ready for next day guest check-in. Here is the extra measure to assure a pleasant stay at Sea Glass Villa and Punta del Mar community. - Full floor disinfection - Full rooms disinfection - Full bathroom disinfection - Contact points disinfection (e.g. remote controls, appliance handles etc...) - Full Kitchen disinfection - Linens, towels and curtains thorough washing (using hot water) - air conditioning filters cleaning/replacement - Isopropyl alcohol 70% will be available for guest use Punta del Mar community rules (to reduce the risk of COVID-19 contagion): I. Gazebos, Squares, Sidewalks, Sidewalks and areas of general common use. 1) Anyone using these areas mentioned above must follow the guidelines established by the CDC. Wearing masks in these areas is required at all times. 2) Social distancing is required at all times as a practice. Each person must keep a minimum distance of 6 feet. Meetings or groups that are not a family nucleus. 3) When walking pets (dogs etc.), the owner must wear the mask at all times. 4) People who are in areas of the perimeter of the beach and are not taking a bath, must wear a mask at all times. II. Swimming pool 1) Open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Maintenance will tune all contact surfaces prior to opening from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 2) Closed from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, the area will be disinfected and the sun will be allowed to apply for better disinfection. All lounges will be kept in sole director. These should not be moved from their place. 3) Open from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. 4) The entrance will be supervised and can only be entered when authorized by the doorman. 5) Only owners and rented may use the facilities. 6) A mask should be used at all times in the area unless you are swimming. 7) A minimum distance of 6 feet must be maintained between people. 8) All lounges will be located no less than 6 feet or more from each other. 9) A maximum of 10 people will be allowed in the pool area at all times while it is open. Total area footage is 12,000 square feet. 10) Users are required to cover the surfaces of the lounges with their own towels and remove them upon leaving. 11) We encourage owners who use the facilities to disinfect the lounge themselves. Materials and instructions will be available in the pool area. 12) Every owner has a bathroom in his residence. The Club's restrooms will be closed for now. 13) CDC guidelines must be followed. 14) Only family members of the same family unit can join together. Understand a father with his minor children or both parents. 15) The use of individual tickets is allowed if you do not want to use the existing ones. But these must be removed immediately upon leaving the facilities. 16) Pool maintenance will continue as usual. 17) We have 24-7 security that are to enforce the guidelines. III. Tennis courts 1) Only two (2) people game. 2) Reservation is required with a minimum of 24 hours with the administration. Call their offices 787-823-7524. Hours to reserve are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. 3) Game hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm 4) Only players in "single play" will be accepted. I don't play double. 5) Players will have to wear a mask while in the facilities at all times. The only exception will be at the time of the game. 6) Players must bring balls and rackets and collect everything at the exit. 7) Banks will be removed. 8) The Security guard will be the one who accesses the court. This wrap after 1 hour of play to close itself. 9) Security will not give access to the courts if the reservation is not in administration. IV. Basketball court 1) Only one player per basket is allowed on the court. 2) Games of four or any one that promotes groups is prohibited. As an exception a father with his children or partners. 3) Security may request identification to those who use the court. 4) All who use these facilities must maintain CDC guidelines and wear a mask at all times. 5) Meetings of more than 4 staff or more will not be allowed at any time. 6) Security will be ensuring specific compliance. IV. Gym 1) By executive order the gym will be closed until further notice.
